Menu shut down option

Without a menu option to do a clean shutdown of the Speediance Gym Monster, turning off the power at the power switch can create a power spike which trips the fuse breaker. This recently happened to my machine that I've only had since March 2024. This then requires removing the computer casing to resolve the issue. Please create a menu option, on screen, to fully shut down the machine as this will avoid the power spike.
