Allow streaming from mobile device for music in background

You can add various streaming services, but the easy one seems like just allowing a phone to connect via bluetooth and stream whatever the user plays to the speakers on the GM. You don't have to worry about different apps (like Spotify or something else) - you can support a bunch of streaming audio service simply if the phone has it, and it can be streamed to the GM.
