Play/Pause timed only movement with ring

As a new user I'm not sure what all this covers aside from stretching, but I've had trouble clearing a space in time to get into position. I'd like to be able to play/pause stretching with the bluetooth ring and figure this should apply to any movement that is timed and does not involve weights.
