Onboarding for gym inexperienced users

I've had the machine for a few days and these are some of the things I thought to write down - I'm sure there's been more and I'm sure there's things I've listed that other inexperienced users were able to figure out. Generally my suggestion is to think deeply about onboarding for gym inexperienced users and make a comprehensive update. how am I to know about strength assessment? (I saw it on reddit and then found it hiding in profile) does it modify the workouts? how often should it be done? does the weight change by itself as I use the machine? when/how often? between movements? between entire workouts? as response to strength assessments? is the advanced AI (Wellness+) required for auto weight change? how do I let a friend try it without them having to create an account or their use affecting my weights/stats? Note: I've now noticed the guest login. I'm unsure if mentioning this in an onboarding flow would be helpful or clutter. what is the Scheduled tab on the main screen? I enrolled in a 2 week program and thought I'd see my scheduled workouts there, but it's empty. I do see them in the calendar though. Onboarding should include a UI tutorial to explain at least the major sections of the app. explain accessories: for example, while most everything seems obvious, I had to google and look at product images on the store to understand what the straps were for. Even after that, I can only assume the short extensions go between the longer straps and the handles for longer people. I think as part of onboarding there should be introductory movements to explain all of the accessories. This would also be a good time to explain the different assist modes, the different weight modes (chain, etc.), and how/when weight auto changes as you progress). Edit: edit for better bullet line spacing Edit 2: lol, it looks right in the preview, but not so much after submitting, oh well
