For Wellness+, enable a 30-day free trial so users can evaluate before committing

It’s difficult to justify paying for Wellness+ without any opportunity to evaluate its value first. Many users—especially early adopters—purchased the Gym Monster 2.0 based on the promise of smart, AI-powered programming. Now that Wellness+ features have moved behind a subscription paywall, we’re being asked to pay without being able to experience them firsthand. That’s a tough ask for any premium fitness product. Please consider offering a 30-day free trial of Wellness+ to all users. This would: Let us understand the added value of goal-based adaptive planning, recovery monitoring, and personalisation Increase conversion rates by building trust and transparency Align with industry norms (e.g. Tonal, Vitruvian, Tempo, etc. all offer trials) Let us try before we buy. It would go a long way to show you stand behind the product—and would help many of us make an informed decision.
