Fix Regression: Allow Adding Gym Monster Movements to Gym Pal Workouts

We used to be able to pick Gym Monster movements for Gym Pal workouts. Now we can't. This would seem to make sense, BUT... there are way more GM movements, even for movements from the ground that would work on a Gym Pal. AND... some of us clever folks have pulleys in our set up that let us use the Gym Pal much more like a Gym Monster. Note: clearly this works fine because workouts I built BEFORE you made this change (roughly before 7/10/2025) still work fine on the Gym Pal, I just can't make NEW workouts.
